By creating an account or playing on PVPFACTION, you accept the terms below. They complement the server rules, which describe what is allowed in game.
Account
A website account is personal. You are responsible for its security: password, two-factor authentication, linked devices. Lending or selling an account is forbidden, and a sanction follows the Minecraft account, not the website account.
Linking a Minecraft account attaches your whole game history to your website account. Unlinking is available from your settings, except while you are banned: it must not be a way out of a sanction.
Under 15, creating an account requires the consent of a holder of parental authority. Purchases by a minor, whatever their age, require the consent of their legal guardian (terms of sale).
Rules and sanctions
The server rules apply in game and on the site. A sanction may be issued by the moderation team, and appealed from the Appeal a sanction page. An appeal is reviewed; accepting it lifts the sanction.
Exchanges, reports and appeals are kept as part of the moderation history.
Ranks and purchases
Shop ranks and items are cosmetic and convenience only. They grant no in-game advantage: nothing that touches combat, raiding, land claims or the economy.
Every purchase is governed by the terms of sale, accepted before each payment: prices, payment, delivery, right of withdrawal, subscription and cancellation, refunds, legal guarantee and mediation.
Content you publish
You remain responsible for what you write: messages, profile description, faction name, reports. The moderation team may remove content that breaches the rules, and hide the public showcase of a sanctioned player.
Availability
The service is provided as is. An interruption, a map reset or the shutdown of the server remain possible; they do not give rise to compensation, subject to the refunds provided for in the terms of sale.

Changes
These terms may change. The date of the last update appears at the bottom of this page; substantial changes are announced on the site.
