Buying in the shop
What the shop sells, what you need to buy, and how a purchase works step by step.
Contents
The website's shop lets you support the server. It sells ranks (monthly subscriptions) and one-off items. One rule never changes: nothing you can buy there gives an in-game advantage.
Zero pay-to-win
Purchases bring cosmetics and out-of-game comfort: looks, message formatting, better microphone quality in voice… Never anything that affects combat, raids, territory or the economy. The shop sells no in-game currency.
It is a gameplay choice, and an obligation too: the Minecraft usage guidelines published by Mojang forbid selling in-game advantages. What ranks bring in detail is on Subscription ranks.
What you need to buy
| Requirement | Why |
|---|---|
| A website account | It is your customer area: invoices, subscription, history |
| A linked Minecraft account | It is how your purchases are delivered in game. See Link your account |
| An email address on your account (recommended) | Where your order confirmation and important reminders arrive |
| If you are a minor: a parent's consent | You need your legal guardian's permission before any purchase |
A purchase, step by step
- Pick your rank or item on the Shop page, then click Subscribe or Buy.
- Check the summary that opens: the item, the price, any offer and, for a rank, the monthly renewal.
- Tick the two mandatory boxes (neither is pre-ticked):
- acceptance of the terms of sale, which also confirms, if you are a minor, that a parent has agreed;
- the request for immediate performance: for an item, you waive your 14-day withdrawal period; for a rank, the subscription starts right away and you can still withdraw, paying only for the period already elapsed. Details on Withdrawal and refunds.
- Click Continue to payment: you land on the secure page of Stripe, our payment provider. Your bank details never go through the website.
- Once the payment is confirmed, your purchase is delivered and you receive a confirmation email with your invoice.
Tip — If you pay with a delayed method (a direct debit, for example), nothing is delivered until Stripe confirms the payment. Your purchase then shows as "Pending" in your billing.
Prices
- Prices are in euros and final: no tax is added. The note under the prices, "VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code", means the seller does not charge VAT.
- A promotion shows a struck-through reference price: the lowest price charged during the 30 days before the offer. Promotions do not stack, and only apply to a new subscription.
After the purchase
- Everything is under Account settings › Billing: your current subscription, your payments, your invoices and receipts. See Billing and invoices.
- To stop a rank: Cancel or change your subscription.
What can block a purchase
| Message | Meaning |
|---|---|
| "Link your Minecraft account before buying" | No Minecraft account is linked: link one first |
| "Tick both confirmation boxes to continue" | Both consents are mandatory |
| "Purchases are paused while the terms of sale are being published" | The shop sells nothing until the terms of sale are online |
| "A payment dispute is open on your account" | While a bank dispute is open, new purchases are paused |
| "You already have an active subscription" | One subscription at a time: switch rank instead of taking a second one |
