Friends and blocking

Add friends, see who's online, block a player — in game and on the website.

Your friend list shows who's online, announces their logins and makes private messages easier. It's the same in game and on the website: a request sent on one side shows up on the other.

In game: /friend

/friend (aliases /ami, /amis) opens the friends menu, with three tabs: Friends, Requests and Blocked.

/friendOpens the menu.
/friend add <player>Sends a friend request.
/friend accept <player>Accepts a request you received.
/friend remove <player>Removes a friend.
/friend listShows your friend list, online or not.
/friend block <player>Blocks a player.
/friend unblock <player>Unblocks a player.

Removing and blocking ask for confirmation.

Tip — You can also add or block someone from chat: click the small ⚙ wheel next to their name. See Chat.

What friends give you

  • A message when a friend logs in or logs out (adjustable in /notif).
  • A notification when someone sends you a request or accepts yours.
  • Their online status in your list, in game and on the website.
  • The "Friends only" option of your privacy settings: only your friends can then write to you privately.

On the website

The Friends page (your account menu) offers the same: search for a player and add them, accept or decline requests, cancel the ones you sent, remove a friend, write to them, and manage your blocks. Everything is synced with the game.

Blocking a player

Blocking a player cuts contact: you no longer see their messages in the in-game chat, and you can no longer write to each other through the website's and the app's messaging.

  • The block is recorded by the website: it requires a linked web account. If it can't be applied, the game tells you instead of pretending.
  • You'll find blocked players in the Blocked tab (in game) or on the Friends page (website), where you can unblock them.

A player is harassing you or breaking the rules? Blocking protects you, but only a report lets the team act.

If friends don't respond

Your friend list is managed by the website. If the link between the game and the website is briefly down, the game shows "Friends service unavailable": try again a bit later.
