Report a player

Report a cheater or forbidden behaviour, in game or on the website, with useful evidence.

Updated on September 24, 2026 by joueur-1800bd0d2 min read

You saw a player cheat, insult someone, scam or get around a protection? Report them: that is what lets the team act. There are two ways to do it.

In game: /report

Type /report <player> [reason], for example /report Steve flying at spawn.

  • Team members who are online are warned right away, and the report is passed on to the website.
  • The reason is optional but strongly recommended (200 characters at most). Auto-completion suggests quick reasons.
  • You can send at most one report per minute, and only against a player who has already been on the server.

It is the right reflex in the moment, for cheating in progress for example.

On the website: the full form

For a solid case, with evidence, use the website's Report a player page (/report), logged in to your account.

Evidence that helps

  • A video beats a screenshot: it shows movement, duration and context.
  • Set your YouTube video to "unlisted": the team will see it, the public will not. Only YouTube links are accepted.
  • Your files are never public: only the moderation team can open them, and they are deleted 90 days after the report is closed.
  • For voice, which is not recorded: note the time, the place and what was said, and name witnesses.

Tip — One report per problem. If the same player did several things, describe them all in the same report rather than sending several.

What happens next?

  1. The team reviews the case: the player's history, logs, evidence.
  2. If the facts are confirmed, a sanction is issued: see Sanctions.
  3. You get a notification once your complaint has been handled. The details of any sanction are not shared: they only concern the sanctioned player.

What not to do

  • Report to harm (false report, revenge, repeated reports against the same person): that is abuse, and can itself be sanctioned.
  • Take justice into your own hands, or accuse someone publicly in chat.
  • Exploit a bug to "prove" it: describe it to the team instead.

To prevent abuse, the website form is limited to 10 reports per hour per account.
