The server team
Who makes up the team, how to reach them, and how to apply to join.

The server is run and moderated by a volunteer team. You will find its members on the website's
Staff page (/staff).
Roles

Each member can only act within the limits of their role, and can only sanction players ranked below them. Every action taken by the team is logged.
Important — A team role cannot be bought, and a subscription rank grants no powers. Nobody in the team will ever ask for your password or a two-factor code: if someone does, it is a scam, report it.
Reaching the team

Tip — Avoid pestering a team member in private messages: using the right channel moves your request forward faster, and keeps a record of it.
Applying
Want to join the team? Go to the Apply to join the team page (/staff/apply). First of all,
know that the team is made of volunteers: no contract, no pay, no set hours — but regular
presence and care with the cases you take on are expected.
Requirements
The page checks your requirements itself and tells you what is missing:

The form
Position sought, age, availability (flexible, or by ticking slots in a day × time-of-day grid), previous experience and motivation. Your application is reviewed together with your game history: sanctions, reports about you, seniority.
What happens next
- The team reviews your application.
- If it is shortlisted: an interview on Discord. Its date may be given to you in advance.
- Decision: accepted or refused. No application is accepted without an interview, and a decision is final.
A false statement (age in particular) ends the application, and the position if it is discovered later.
